Five Star started a little by accident back in 2006 when I was determined to help my mom with her fitness journey. After she was able to lose her 40 lb to get back her dream body, her friends would call asking me what I did to get my mom results, and if I could help them too. By the time I left high school I had a full client roster of women just like my mom who were looking to lose weight, tone muscle, and get back to feeling their best.
