East Side Yoga and Fitness is a unique neighborhood yoga and fitness studio. We offer yoga sculpt, yoga, strength and conditioning classes, personal training, group training,and boot camps.
Are masks required during class?
No, if you are fully vaccinated, masks are no longer required.
Are mats available for rental?
Yes, mats are available for rent for $2.00 cash or Venmo.
Should I sign up before class?
Yes, you must sign up ahead of class using our MBO app or website to ensure you will have a spot.
What is the Class Cancellation Policy?
You may cancel ONLINE, up to 12 HOURS prior to the start time without penalty. If you cancel ahead of the 12-hour window, any unused classes are returned to your account for future use. Cancellation are ONLINE-ONLY.
