The Professional Privacy Statement (“Statement”) applies to professionals, service providers and partner professional companies, and any other persons that use the Yougoz platform under license (collectively “professionals,” or individually “you”). The following Statement does not apply to persons who use our application or Service, those persons are (“Users”). If you engage with our Service as both a user and a professional, each privacy statement applies to your different uses of the services.

Yougoz may collect personal information or data from you during the use of the Yougoz Services. This information may include your location and basic profile contact data. This information may and will be accessed, saved, or processed by Yougoz, as well as its service providers, for business purposes only, including for improvement or the application and website, contact for businesses purposes, site/app analytics, industry and market research, and any other such purposes consistent with Yougoz’s legitimate business needs. By submitting your information to Yougoz you consent to such collection and use of personal data. Please note, Yougoz will never sell your information or distribute it in any fashion other than using it for its strict business purpose of the Yougoz services.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

Yougoz may provide any information (including personal data) to a third party as subject to all applicable laws. Including but not limited to such situations as: (a) there is a dispute, conflict, incident related to a professional; (b) if it is necessary subject to the terms of the Agreement; (c) if it is required by law; (d) it is required by applicable regulation, ordinance, licensing, or other agreements; (e) for any safety purpose, Yougoz may use their sole discretion. Whether that is to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Yougoz, our Services, our users, or any third party. Yougoz will do what is deemed necessary to prevent fraud, maintain security, stop illegal activity or unethical situations or any technical issues or breaches.
