What you’ll need:
1. fresh kale
2. choice of olive oil or vinegar
3. choice of salt (and/or other preferred seasonings)
The Basic Recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees
Although this is the standard, feel free to set your oven according to your desired level of kale crunch.
2. Rinse kale before cooking
Yes, it is important to wash your produce! Be sure to rinse the kale well before cooking.
3. Dress with olive oil, then salt
The basic recipe calls for an even layer of olive oil, followed by salt. This will produce a yummy classic kale chip.
4. Spread kale evenly on baking tray
