A Customized Bootcamp created to Challenge the body and push yourself to your limits and into the next level of fitness. 90 Minutes starts with an outside warm-up of a half hour of running and high intensity drills to get the blood flowing and the body amped up for the next hour of intense circuit training. Yovanny pulls together the most intense series of exercises which are changed up every week to provide a completely different challenge every time you attend. Great music pumps you up and keeps you through the hour.
