How early should I arrive?
It is recommended that if you are coming in for any spa services that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your service - this allows you to change into a robe/sandals, and to enjoy our spa relaxation area.
What if I am late?
If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we cannot guarantee that the service will be provided or provided in full. Please know that every effort will be made to accommodate or offer options/solutions from what we have available.
Can I come if I am under 16?
Any guest under the age of 16 years old will be required to have a parent/guardian present in the spa treatment room during the service.
Do you take large groups?
Yes, for any group bookings over 6 people, there will be an 18% gratuity added to each service.
