Jeri Ryan PMA®-CPT has been teaching Pilates since 2000. She was certified as a Pilates Instructor through Core Conditioning Physical Therapy, Inc. in Studio City, California. There she was trained by both physical therapists and professional dancers. Jeri became interested in Pilates as a form of exercise to complement her running. After Jeri was involved in a motor vehicle accident, she became involved in an intensive Pilate’s rehabilitation program to regain the full use of her paralyzed left arm and recover from neck and back injuries. Jeri is fully recovered and wants to share her knowledge with you.
