Alan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher and Saldare – Body Therapy and Wellness Studio, who believes that everyone can accomplish their health and fitness goals with proper guidance and instruction.
Alan developed his own fitness goals in 2004 when he realized that his lack of muscle tone and flexibility challenged his ability to maintain an active lifestyle. With a strong desire but limited knowledge of exercise, Alan became a student of fitness and studied countless professional journal articles and blogs. Practicing various workout routines to find the ideal program for his body, Alan discovered a passion for physical fitness prescription and now, as a certified personal trainer and registered yoga teacher, he dedicates his practice to helping others achieve their personal goals.
