20 years ago, Camille and Cary decided it was time they finally followed their dreams and open their own salon: Liquid Hair Studios. Now as the oldest one in the area, we’ve developed a reputation for cutting-edge techniques and innovative style. In fact, we’re known across the city for our expert colorwork, especially when it comes to multi-colors. Besides our skilled stylists, what can you expect from a visit here? Well, we’ve been described as the perfect blend of punk, rockabilly, quirk, and sass. That said, it’s the kind of experience words can’t quite describe, but we’d love to show you when you come in for a cut.
History
Established in 1998.
On Valentines Day of 1998, Liquid Hair Studios opened its doors to great fanfare in the vibrant and historic South End. After deciding to start their own business, Camille and Cary made the bold move from Newbury Street to Tremont Street with the dream of fostering fresh young talent and offering great service to our community. A lot has changed since then, but Liquid remains the place for skilled stylists to work in a creative environment that offers high-quality at a low price for the clients we love!
