My fondest childhood memories were always in the kitchen. I remember learning how to peel every fruit with my grandfather, stuffing grape leaves with my grandmother, tasting meat marinades with my mom, and watching my father butcher meat. I even enjoyed washing the dishes!
At a young age, I quickly realized that food brings people together; in good times and bad. I grew up watching my parents host countless dinner parties, delighting every guest with the food they served. The smiles on their faces are memories I will never forget.
