I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). I also hold an advanced certification as a Senior Fitness Specialist (SFS) and a Functional Aging Specialist (FAFS). Recently, I was awarded the 2017 Boston A-List Top 5 Best Personal Trainer. My goal is to empower clients to get in their best shape and feel good, regardless of their age, size or fitness level.
