Ethos is a locally owned and operated fitness facility In the South End neighborhood of Boston. We believe in a positive atmosphere that promotes strength and confidence, fueled by teamwork and community.

Our unique Ethos methodology utilizes tailored programming (like personal training and nutrition coaching) cohesively blended with small group training classes that create a truly unique fitness experience. Achieving your fitness potential and seeing incredible results is our #1 goal, so we incorporate progress tracking and accountability tools that keep you on track, motivated, and inspired.

Our team of smart and passionate coaches is committed to delivering results-centered fitness programs in a positive, inclusive and motivating atmosphere. We work with everyone, from exercise beginners to seasoned athletes, emphasizing lifestyle change over short-term fixes. Building strong habits, mental toughness and daily progress into your lives.

Ethos is community-driven, and excited to provide a unique and personalized service to Boston’s South End, and beyond. Our success is 100% dependent upon the progress and happiness of our customers, and we strive to set a new standard of customer service; leading by example, with honesty and integrity.

We specialize in fat loss programming, personal training, small-group training, and kettlebell coaching.

History
Established in 2015.

After spending many years working in big box gyms, we grew tired the lackluster training standards and poor customer service. It was time for us to take action, and create a place where coaches were held to a high standard of excellence and the focus remained on happy, lean, and fit customers!

In 2015 our dream finally came true and opened Ethos Fitness + Performance opened its doors! Brooks and Jay have over 16 years of personal training, small group training, and fitness management experience
